1. What You Are Purchasing
You are purchasing the exclusive right to use and control the specific phone number identified in your order, along with our assistance transferring (porting) that number to the telecommunications carrier of your choice. Phone numbers are administered under FCC rules and carrier systems; this purchase transfers the right to use the number, which remains subject to those rules.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are one-time fees in U.S. dollars, due in full at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details. Your purchase covers the number transfer only — ongoing phone service, monthly carrier fees, and taxes from your carrier are separate and are your responsibility.
3. Delivery
Within 24 hours of your completed purchase, we will email the account information needed to port your number to the email address you provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is accurate.
4. Porting Timeline
Once you provide the account information to your carrier, porting is typically completed by the carriers within 3–7 business days. Carrier processing times are outside our control, and we cannot guarantee a specific completion date.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact and billing information, to initiate the port with your chosen carrier, and to respond to any reasonable requests for information needed to complete the transfer. You are responsible for confirming that your carrier supports porting in of the number type you purchased.
6. Refunds
If we are unable to deliver the number you purchased or the number cannot be ported through no fault of yours, you will receive a full refund. Once account information has been delivered and the number is available for porting, the sale is final. 7. Number Availability
In the rare event a number is sold or becomes unavailable before your order is processed (for example, due to a simultaneous purchase or carrier action), we will offer you a comparable replacement number or a full refund, at your choice.
8. No Warranty of Business Results
A memorable number is a great tool, but we make no guarantees about call volume, sales, or business outcomes resulting from your use of any number.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
